摘要
通过瑞香狼毒热风干燥试验,采用双因素全面试验方法,研究了干燥温度及切片厚度对干燥后瑞香狼毒中提取物含量的影响。从而对于如何提高干燥效率及干燥后有效成分含量提供理论参考,试验得出最佳条件为在干燥温度41℃,瑞香狼毒切片厚度3.3 mm时,瑞香狼毒干燥产品提取物含量为23.3%,此时干燥瑞香狼毒所需时间277 min,此干燥条件对药物的有效成分得以最佳保留。
Through experiment of hot air drying for Stellera Chamaejasme by the means of two-factor comprehensive trial, the studies focuses on how the sample slice thickness and drying temperature may affect Stellera Chamaejasme extraction of substance content, so that the result may provide some theoretical basis for the improvement of drying efficiency and the effective extraction of useful substance. The result shows that the optimum condition of hot air drying are 3.3 mm in thickness, 41℃ in temperature and 277 min in drying time, which makes the best retention of effective substance content. Dry extract of Stellera Chamaejasme per-centage content is 23.3%.
