微波消解-ICP-OES法测定山麦冬中无机元素 被引量:1

摘要 采用浓HNO_3-H_2O_-2混合酸体系作为消解剂进行微波消解,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对不同地区山麦冬块根中无机元素含量进行测定分析。结果表明:不同产地的山麦冬块根中所含12种元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,r2为0.9994~0.9999,RSD为1.15%~4.47%,各元素的检出限为0.0507~0.5040μg/m L,加标回收率为95.16%~104.54%。所测山麦冬样品中含有丰富的无机元素,其中有5种常量元素K、Ca、P、Na、Mg,7种微量元素Fe、Al、Zn、Mn、Sr、Cu、Ba。微量元素Ni、V、Co、Li及重金属元素Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg未检测出。山麦冬植物块根中无机元素的种类及含量积累规律与山麦冬药材中的情况基本一致。研究结果为山麦冬植物资源的开发利用提供了一定的科学依据。 HNO3-H2O2 has been used with concentrated nitric acid system as digestion solvent and a full spectrum scan is used with the samples of L. spicata by microwave digestion. The inductively coupled plas-ma emission spectrometry has been applied to determine the inorganic elements in L. spicata. The result shows that there are 12 inorganic elements in L. spicata which include Ca, Sr, Mn, Fe, Zn, P, Ba, Na, K, Cu, A1, Mg. All elements have a good linear relationship in the linear range, and the r2 is between 0. 9994 0. 9999 and the RSD is between 1.15% -4.47%. The method detection limits for all inorganic elements are with a range of 0. 0507 -0. 5040μg/mL. The recovery rate of standard sample is from 95.16% to 104.54%. There are abundant inorganic elements in the L. spicata, including macronutrient elements like K, Ca, P, Na, Mg, as well as micronutrient elements such as Fe, Al, Zn, Mn, Sr, Cu, Ba. The Ni, V, Co, Li and heavy metals like Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg were not detected. The results of this study may provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization about L. spicata.
