摘要
将两组不同Al元素含量的贝氏体钢(1.37Al和Free-Al),在不同温度下等温不同时间,研究Al元素对贝氏体钢中珠光体转变及组织的影响。采用Thermecmaster热模拟机测定两种钢的相变点A_(c1)和A_(c3)。实验结果表明,Al元素的加入,使钢的相变点A_(c1)和A_(c3)分别提高了53℃和42℃,缩短了珠光体转变时间,同时减小珠光体片层间距。
The effect of Al on pearlite transformation and microstructure of the bainite steels with different Al contents( 1. 37AlFree-Al)after isothermal treatment at different temperatures for different time was investigated by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy,and the phase transformation points A(c1) and A(c3)of two kinds of steel were measured by thermecmastor thermal simulator. The results show that with the addition of Al,the phase transformation temperatures at A(c1) and A(c3)of the steel increase by 53 ℃ and 42 ℃,respectively,the pearlite transformation time is shortened,and the interlamellar spacing of the pearlite decreases.
