摘要
变频凿井提升机具有省电、调速性能好等优点,在凿井期间,应用日益广泛;但是高压变频器的谐波污染危害对凿井期间临时供电系统也构成了挑战。霍尔辛赫进风立井掘砌项目变频提升机调试过程中,谐波分量相对值较大,造成动力变压器啸叫,电脑、PLC等低压电器损坏。通过对谐波分量测量与分析,制定可靠的消谐措施,确保了供电系统稳定运行。
The frequency conversion sinking shaft hoister could have the electric power saving, well speed regulation performances and other advantages. During the mine shaft sinking period, the hoister would be extensively applied. But the harmonic pollution harms of the high voltage frequency convert- er would be a challenge to the temporary power supply system of the mine shaft sinking period. During the adjustment process of the frequency conversion hoister in the sinking and lining project of Huo^er Xinhe Mine Air-Intake Shaft, the relative value of the harmonic components would be high, would cause howling of the power transformer and would cause the failures of the computers,PLC and other low voltage apparatus. With the measurements and analysis on the harmonic components, the reliable harmonic elimination measures were set up to ensure the stable operation of the power supply system.
