摘要
采用自主研发的表面改性剂B-100W对PVC-SG5型树脂进行改性,考察了B-100W用量对试样力学性能、耐热性能、白度的影响。结果表明:B-100W的适宜用量为12份,可在保证试样耐热性能前提下,有效提升其力学性能和白度。管材加工试验表明:当B-100W用量为12份时,对于碳酸钙填充量为100份的DN50PV C-U管材,加工温度可降低15~20℃,牵引速度也得到大幅提升。
PVC-SG5 resins were modified by self-developed surface modifier B-100W. The effects of B-100W amount on mechanical properties, heat resistance and whiteness of the samples were investigated. The results showed that B-100W fiUed in suitable amount of 12 parts could effectively improve mechanical properties and whiteness of the samples under the premise of ensuring the heat resistances of the samples. The pipe processing tests showed that when the amount of B-100W was 12 parts, the processing temperatures of the DN50 PVC-U pipes fiUed with 100 parts of calcium carbonates could be reduced by 15 -20 ℃, and the traction speed was greatly improved.
