中药阴道泡腾片对宫颈糜烂大鼠IL-6 TNF-α的作用

The Effect of TCM Vaginal Effervescent Tablets on IL-6,TNF-α to Experimental Rats with Cervical Erosion

目的 :探讨中药外用药阴道泡腾片对宫颈糜烂实验大鼠IL - 6 ,TNF -α的作用。方法 :将实验大鼠分为造模组 ,治疗组 ,对照组。全部实验动物进行病理学检查和IL - 6、TNF -α的活性测定。结果 :病理学检查 ,造模组宫颈粘膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润 ,小血管扩张 ,出现粘膜溃疡 ,治疗组、对照组上述病理学改变不明显。IL -6、TNF -α测定结果 :造模组IL - 6、TNF -α水平明显高于对照组 ,中药治疗组IL - 6、TNF -α水平明显低于造模组。治疗组和对照组间IL - 6、TNF -α水平无明显差异。讨论 :中药阴道泡腾片对宫颈糜烂实验大鼠过高的IL -6、TNF -α水平有明显调节作用 。

Objective :To explore the effect of TCM vaginal effervescent tablets on IL 6,TNF α to experimental rats with cervical erosion. Methods :Experimental rats were divided into model group,TCM treatment group and comparative group.All the experimental rats were given pathological test and determination of IL 6,TNF α activity. Results :In the model group,after pathological test,a great number of inflammatory cells were found soaked in cervical mucosa,small blood vessels dilated.In TCM treatment group and comparative group,there was no obvious significance in the above pathological changes.Determination of IL 6,TNF α showed that IL 6,TNF α of the model group were much higher than those of the comparative group,there was an obvious significance.IL 6,TNF α of TCM treatment group were much lower than those of the model group,there was an obvious significance.IL 6,TNF α between TCM treatment group and comparative group proved to be insignificant. Conclusion :TCM vaginal effervescent tablets have a strong regulating action on high level IL 6,TNF α of experimental rats with cervical erosion,thus improving the corresponding pathological changes.
