摘要
中国石化洛阳分公司1#催化裂化装置再吸收油系统由分馏塔顶循油代替催化轻柴油做再吸收油,降低干气C3含量,提高汽、柴油分割精度。本文通过对再吸收油系统改造前后的运行情况进行比较,讨论本次改造取得的效果。
The re-absorbing oil used for catalytic drying gas reabsorption technological process in 1 # FCC Unit of Sinopec Luoyang sub-company has been remoulded from light diesel oil to fractionating tower top circulating oil, which can reduce the Ca content in catalytic drying gas and improve the segmentation accuracy of gasoline and light diesel oil in fractionating tower.This article compares the operational aspect of catalytic drying gas reabsorption technological process before and after the revamping and discusses the effrect of this technological transform.
