摘要
介绍了一种内啮合行星齿轮机构的运动和动力方程推导、联接方案设计和传动比计算,根据性能要求对变速器挡位数、行星排数和联接方案进行了设计,并计算了太阳轮转矩、行星轮转速和轴承载荷,通过分析计算结果确定了最佳传动方案,为变速器传动方案设计提供了理论参考。
The paper introduces how to derive motion and dynamic equations, design coupling scheme and calculate transnlission ratio of an inside-engaged planetary gear mechanism. Gears of gearbox, rows of planet gear and coupling scheme are designed in accordance with performance requirements, and torque of sun gear, speed of planet gear and bearing load are calculated. An optimal transmission scheme is finally determined after analyzing calculation results, which provides theoretical reference for design of transmission scheme.
