散货堆场流动式链斗堆高机的研发

Research and development of mobile chain bucket stacking machine for bulk cargo storage yard

针对目前中小型港口落后的散料堆高设备及工艺,研发了一种散货堆场流动式链斗堆高机,该链斗堆高机主要由链斗转接料及提升系统、伸缩带式输送系统、动力及控制系统、移动车体等部分组成。通过对该链斗堆高机的工作原理、工艺流程、关键技术及经济性分析,表明其具有机动灵活、效率高、堆料高度及远度大、料种适应性好、节能环保等特点,用于散货堆场堆高作业具有较好的经济性。

To improve efficiency in small and medium sized port that still uses outdated bulk material stacking equipment and process, a mobile chain bucket stacking machine for bulk cargo storage yard is developed, which is mainly composed of chain bucket transferring and lifting system, extensible belt conveying system, power and control system and mobile body. The paper analyzes working principle, process flow, key technology and economical efficiency of the chain bucket stacking machine to show its advantages in flexibility, efficiency, stacking height and distance, material adaptability and energy saving and environmental protection, thus being economical for stacking operations in bulk cargo storage yard.
