Mechanism of Internalizing Socialist Core Values in Minority Regions

社会主义核心价值观在民族地区的内化生长须实现"文化成事"与"道德成人"的统一,以促进民族地区政治、经济、文化、自然生态的共生和谐,增进民族地区社会成员身心素质能力、人格道德品质的健全发展。为此,民族地区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观要积极处理好三大层面的关系:其一,社会主义核心价值观内化与民族文化传承创新。社会主义核心价值观内化是以优秀民族文化传承为基础,以二者共同的价值精神为纽带,通过交往学习来汲取时代精神,推动民族文化创新进步;其二,社会主义核心价值观内化与民族道德精神守成提升。社会主义核心价值观内化是以身心健全的社会成员为宗旨归宿,要将民族文化中彰显人性真善美的道德精神加以存养,并对现实中不良的社会文化生态问题进行纠偏,结合时代精神对社会主体道德精神进行启蒙提升;其三,社会主义核心价值观内化与民族人文教育环境。社会主义核心价值观内化离不开良好的社会人文教育环境,要通过文化建设使其融入人们的日常生产生活之中。

The internalization and growth of socialist core values in minority regions requires the integration of culture and morality so as to promote the harmonious coexistence of politics,economics,culture and natural ecology and enhance the healthy development of peoples mental quality and morality. Hence,to train and practise the socialist core values,we have to tackle the following three relationships： the internalization of socialist core values and inheritance and innovation of Chinese national cultures; the internalization of socialist core values and observation of national moral spirits; and the internalization of socialist core values and the environment of national humanistic education. The inheritance of excellent nationqal culture is based on the internalization of socialist core values,which in turn aims at cultivating healthy citizens both physically and mentally. Therefore,it is necessary to observe and maintain the moral spirits which helps highlight the kindness,authenticity and beauty and correct the evil social cultural problems so as to elevate the moral spirits of the society.
