摘要 按照吉林省委省政府关于"十二五"期间在吉林省中西部旱区发展666.67万hm2以膜下滴灌为主的高效节水灌溉工程建设的战略部署,开展玉米大垄双行、膜下滴灌技术、施肥技术、品种选择等研究工作。为研究适合这种种植模式下的配套机具,本文主要针对大垄双行膜下滴灌种植模式下的整地,即耕整联合作业机的适应性;膜上施肥播种机的性能测试和改进设计;残膜回收机的关键部件设计开展试验研究。配套机具作业能充分利用自然降雨,降低工程运行费用,提高投资效益,实现节水增产,可为农场化经营和农业机械化的发展提供科学依据和技术支撑。 In accordance with the Jilin provincial government on the "12th Five year" period in the province's western and central arid areas to develop 6. 6667 million hm2 drip irrigation under the film-based efficient water-saving irrigation project construction strategic plan. Large ridge and double row and drip irrigation under film, fertilization technology and variety selection were carried out. For the study of suitable for this planting mode of supporting equipment, we focus on the preparation of drip irrigation under the large ridge and double row. That is the adaptability of the farming machine, performance test and improved design of fertilizer planter on membrane and design of components of residual film recycling machine. The machine can take full advantage of natural rainfall, reduce the project operating costs, improve investment efficiency, and achieve water saving and yield increase. It provides scientific basis and technical support for farm management and agricultural mechanization development.
