Hydrological and geographical division in Southcentral Alaska

水文地理区划较为直观地反映了水文现象的一般规律。在梳理中南阿拉斯加地区水文地理相关知识的前提下,分别按照水系、行政、气候、人口,以及国家公园和自然保护区的分区原则对其进行了划分。中南阿拉斯加按照水系划分为4个区域:科珀河(铜河)流域、马塔努斯卡-苏西特纳河流域、基奈半岛诸河流域、阿拉斯加半岛及科迪亚克岛沿阿拉斯加湾诸河水系流域片;按照行政划分为7个区域:安克雷奇市、雅库塔特镇、马塔努斯卡-苏西特纳镇、基奈半岛镇、科迪亚克岛镇、部分湖泊-半岛镇,以及瓦尔迪兹-科尔多瓦部分地区;按照气候划分为3个区域:库克湾气候区、科珀河(铜河)流域气候区、阿拉斯加湾气候区;根据人口数量可分为5个区域,其中安克雷奇市人口居首位;中南阿拉斯加地区还涵盖了阿拉斯加6个国家公园和自然保护区。

The hydrological and geographical division reflects the general rule of hydrographieal phenomena According to the water system, administrative, climate, population and national parks and preserve, we attempt to divide southcentral Alaska by combing the hydrography there under the premise of knowledge. According to the water system, we divide southcentral Alaska into four areas, the Cooper river basin, the Matanuska-Susitna river basin, the Kenai Peninsula rivers basin, the Alaska Peninsula and Kodiak Island along the Gulf of Alaska rivers drainage basin. It is divided into seven zones according to the administration： Anchorage Borough, Yakutat Borough, Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Kodiak Island Borough, part of Lake and Peninsula Borough and Valdez-Cordova Borough. According to the climate, it is divided into three areas, the climatic region of the Cook Inlet, the climatic region of the Cooper river basin and the climatic region of the Gulf of Alaska. According to the population, there are five regions in southcentral Alaska with the city of Anchorage being the largest. It also covers six national parks and reserves in southcentral Alaska.
