摘要
针对连云港某公共建筑空气源热泵室外机冬季结霜问题,提出采用湖水喷淋方式实现空气源热泵无霜运行。对室外机采取喷淋的判定条件进行分析,采用TRNSYS软件,建立空气源热泵流程,根据建筑全年逐时热负荷,对空气源热泵无霜改造前后的耗电量进行模拟计算。室外机采取湖水喷淋的判定条件:室外空气温度<7℃,且空气相对湿度≥60%。与无霜改造前相比,改造后空气源热泵全年可节电4.2%。
In view of the winter frost of airsource heat pump outdoor machine for a public building in Lianyungang, a method of lake water spray is put forward to realize frost-free operation of air-source heat pump. The judgment conditions for spraying the outdoor machine are analyzed. The process of air-source heat pump is established by TRNSYS software,and the power consumption of air-source heat pump before and after the frost-free transformation is simulated and calculated according to the annual hourly thermal load of the building. The judgment conditions for spraying the outdoor machine are as follows:the outdoor air temperature is less than 7 ℃, and the air relative humidity is more than or equal to 60%. Compared with before frost-free transformation, after the transformation, the air-source heat pump can save electricity by 4. 2% yearly.
