摘要
通过数值模拟的方法,结合调压器阀瓣受力平衡方程,研究自力式调压器在下游流量变化时,调压器阀瓣受到的流体冲击力、冲击力矩对调压器性能的影响。随着流量增大,阀瓣受流体冲击的合力减小,出口压力减小;增大膜片面积可以减小由阀瓣受到的冲击合力带来的出口压力变化,但会增大调压器的体积;流量增大,旋涡减小,流体接触腔体底部后转向的流速增大,对阀瓣下表面的冲击力增加。
The influence of fluid impact torce received by self-operated regulator valve disc and the impact torque on the performance of the regulator during variation of downstream flow is studied by numerical simulation and combined with the force balance equation of the regulator valve disc. Along with increase of flow rate,the fluid impact force on the valve disc decreases and the outlet pressure decreases. The outlet pressure change caused by the fluid impact force can be reduced by increasing the diaphragm area, but the volume of the regulator would increase. As the flow rate increases, the vortex decreases and the turned flow velocity increases after the fluid contacts with the chamber bottom, which increases the impact force on the lower surface of the valve disc.
