Influence Range of Leakage Consequence of City High-pressure Gas Pipeline

摘要 城市高压燃气管道泄漏后果,影响范围取决于泄漏模式、气象条件、事故类型。以某城市高压燃气管道为例,针对不同泄漏模式(小孔泄漏,泄漏孔径为5 mm;中孔泄漏,泄漏孔径为25 mm;大孔泄漏,泄漏孔径为100 mm;管道破裂,泄漏孔径为300 mm),不同气象条件(风速分别为3.0 m/s、4.7 m/s、8.0 m/s、10.5 m/s),不同事故类型(可燃气体扩散、火灾、爆炸),采用PHAST RISK软件模拟计算直径为DN 800 mm、压力为4 MPa的高压燃气管道泄漏引发不同事故的影响范围。结果表明,在相同条件下,爆炸事故造成的影响范围最大,对于小孔泄漏、中孔泄漏、大孔泄漏和管道破裂,爆炸冲击波的最大轻伤半径分别是16.4 m、112.7 m、393.1 m、751.7 m,考虑一定的安全系数,建议的疏散半径分别为50 m、250 m、500 m、900 m。 The influence range of leakage con- sequence of city high-pressure gas pipeline depends on leakage modes, meteorological conditions and accident types. Taking the high-pressure gas pipeline in a city as an example, aimed at different leakage modes (small hole leakage of 5 inm, middle hole leakage of 25 ram, big hole leakage of 100 ram, pipeline break of 300 ram) , different meteorological conditions ( wind speeds of 3 m/s,4.7 m/s,8 m/s and 10.5 m/s) ,different accident types (combustible gas diffusion,fire and explosion), the influence range of different accidents caused by leakage from high-pressure gas pipeline with DN800 mm and 4 MPa pressure is simulated and calculated by PHAST RISK simulation software. The results indicate that the influence range caused by the explosion accident is the largest under the same conditions. For small hole leakage, middle hole leakage, big hole leakage and pipeline break, the maximum minor injury radius of explosion shock wave is 16.4 m,112.7 m,393.1 m and 751.7 m, respectively. Considering certain safety coefficient, the recommended evacuation radius is 50 m, 250 m,500 m and 900 m,respectively.
