目的:探讨新形势下医用耗材信息化管理的手段,确保医疗耗材的合理使用。方法:采用多维度数据分析方法对医用耗材数据进行整合处理,为医院决策部门提供依据;建立预警机制下的医用耗材使用监控及审批制度,对阳光采购平台进行二次开发,并基于病种管理的手术耗材临床使用路径来对大数据进行再造,优化改进信息化自动采集路径。结果:医用耗材从采购到使用实现了全方位监控,为医用耗材的合理使用提供了数据支持。结论:医用耗材信息化管理实现了全程化、专业化、信息化的精细化管理,为临床项目开展提供了数据保障,为医院转型提供了合理化建议。

Objective To explore informatized management of medical consumables in new situation. Methods Informatized management of medical consumables was executed with the involvement of multi-dimension data analysis, medical consumables supervision and approval system under early warning mechanism, secondary development of sunshine purchase platform as well as big data rebuilding and etc. Results The whole-course supervision from purchase to utilization was realized for medical consumables, which provided data support to medical consumables utilization. Conclusion Whole-course, professional and informatized management is implemented for medical consumables, which lays a foundation for clinical service and hospital transformation.
