从"零缺陷"的概念、意义展开阐述,分析比较"常规启动"和"零缺陷启动"项目管理的差别,研究如何在总承包项目管理中运用"零缺陷"管理模式。结合"缺陷"的定义、分类、识别、处置方法,对项目"零缺陷启动"管理具体内容进行了分析。从工作阶段、组织结构、管理内容和实施工具等方面,结合具体示例阐述了项目"零缺陷启动"管理的实施方法。"零缺陷"管理思想在项目管理中的意义重大,为提高项目质量管理水平提供了可借鉴的方法。
The concept and significance of "zero defect" are expounded, the differences between "conventional start-up" and "zero de- fect start-up" management of project are analyzed and compared, and it is studied how to apply the "zero defect start-up" management mode in the management of general contracting projects. Combining the definition, classification, identification and disposal method of "defect", the specific content of project "zero defect start-up" management is analyzed. Through a specific example, the implementation method of the project "zero defect start-up" management is expounded from the working phase, organization structure, management content and implementation tools. "Zero defect" management thought is of great significance in project management. It provides a reference method for improving project quality management level.
