冬病夏治穴位贴敷咳喘贴防治小儿反复呼吸道感染45例临床观察

Clinical observation on 45 cases of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection treated with Kechuan Plaster in “winter disease cured in summer”

目的观察冬病夏治咳喘贴治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取我科90例确诊的反复呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为2组,各45例。治疗组给予咳喘贴穴位贴敷,每年初伏、中伏、末伏的第1天各贴敷1次,每次贴敷时间一般不超过8 h;对照组每年初伏、中伏、末伏的第1天开始,空腹口服匹多莫德口服液,0.4 g/次,1次/d,连续服用30 d。2组均治疗1年为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.1%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后年发病次数及每次发病持续时间均较同组治疗前明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组年发病次数及每次发病持续时间均较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法可减少反复呼吸道感染发病次数及每次发病持续时间,具有疗程短、痛苦少、依从性好等优势。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection treated with Kechuan Plaster in ＂winter disease cured in summer＂.Methods 90 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each.The therapy group was given Kechuan Plaster,which was applied in Chufu（first dog-days）,Zhongfu（the second of the three ten-day periods of the hot season） and Mofu（the last of the three ten-day periods of the hot season） each year,not over 8 hours in each time.The control group was given oral Pidotimod Solution in the first day of Chufu,Zhongfu and Mofu,0.4 g/time,once a day,continuous for 30 days.One year as one course for two groups,observed the clinical effect after one course.Results The total effective rate was 91.1% in therapy group,73.3% in control group,the total effective was higher in therapy group than in control group with significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment,onset times and duration were less than that before treatment with significant difference（P0.01）,and onset times and duration of therapy group reduced more than that of control group with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion ＂winter disease cured in summer＂,which can reduce onset times and duration of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection,was short-course therapy with less pain and better compliance.
