中药联合益生菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻43例临床观察

Clinical observation on 43 cases of infantile diarrhea on autumn treated with the combination of herbal medicine and Probiotics

目的观察中药联合益生菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2016年12月于我院就诊的86例秋季腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。对照组予常规西药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用中药联合益生菌治疗,7 d后统计2组的临床疗效和主要症状评分。结果对照组总有效率为72.09%,治疗组为93.02%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组临床症状评分均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论中药联合益生菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,可降低临床症状评分,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of infantile diarrhea on autumn treated with the combination of Chinese herbal medicine and probiotics.Methods 86 cases of infantile diarrhea on autumn from October 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 43 cases in each.The control group was given conventional Western medicine according to symptoms,while the therapy group was given the combination of herbal medicine and probiotics based on the treatment of control group.The clinical effect and symptom score of two groups were observed after 7 days.Results The total effective rate in the control group and the therapy group was 72.09% and 93.02% respectively with significant differences（P〈0.05）;there were no significant differences in symptom scores between two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the clinical symptom scores reduced obviously,and the therapy group reduced much more（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of herbal medicine and Probiotics can treat children with diarrhea in autumn effectively and reduce clinical symptom scores,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
