复方黄柏液外洗辅助治疗小儿包皮龟头炎28例临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of Fufang Huangbai Liquid in the adjuvant treatment of 28 cases of infantile balanitis

目的观察复方黄柏液外洗辅助治疗小儿包皮龟头炎的临床疗效。方法 56例包皮龟头炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各28例,对照组采用抗生素口服及高锰酸钾液局部外洗治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,联合复方黄柏液外洗,2组均治疗2周后统计疗效。结果治疗组止痛、消肿、止痒时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为85.7%,治疗组为96.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方黄柏液外洗辅助治疗小儿包皮龟头炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Fufang Huangbai Liquid in the treatment of infantile balanitis.Methods 56 cases of infantile balanitis were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 28 cases in each.The control group was given oral antibiotics and washing the local by potassium permanganate,while the therapy group was washing the local by Fufang Huangbai Liquid based on the treatment of control group.The clinical effect was observed and compared after two weeks.Results The time of pain and itching stopping,detumescence in patients of therapy group was shorter than that of control group,differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate was 85.7% in control group and 96.4% in therapy group with significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fufang Huangbai Liquid can serve as a washing therapy in the treatment of infantile balanitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
