循经闪罐定罐法辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome of infantile pneumonia cough adjuvant treated with retaining and flashing cupping along meridians

目的观察循经闪罐定罐法辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法将60例确诊为肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用西医对症治疗和口服中药辨证施治,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用循经闪罐定罐法辅助治疗,1次/d,5 d为1个疗程。1个疗程后比较2组的总有效率,治疗前后症状、体征改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为100.00%,对照组为86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组症状积分值优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循经闪罐定罐法辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证能够提高疗效,缩短患儿恢复时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome of infantile pneumonia cough treated with retaining and flashing cupping along meridians.Methods 60 cases of children with wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome of pneumonia cough were divided randomly into control group and therapy group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional Western medicine therapy and dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine,while the therapy group was used retaining and flashing cupping along meridians based on the therapy of the control group.One time in each day,5 days therapy was one course.The total effective rate,improvement of body sign and syndrome in two groups were observed and compared after one course treatment.Results The total effective rate of therapy group and control was 100.00% and 86.67% respectively with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The symptoms integral value of therapy group was better than that of control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Retaining and flashing cupping along meridians therapy,as an adjunctive therapy,can treat wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome of infantile pneumonia cough more effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
