悦脾汤联合推拿疗法治疗儿童功能性腹痛脾胃虚寒证42例临床观察

Clinical observation on 42 cases of children with functional abdominal(syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach) treated with Yuepi Tang and Tuina

目的观察悦脾汤联合推拿疗法治疗儿童功能性腹痛脾胃虚寒证的临床疗效。方法将84例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。治疗组口服中药悦脾汤联合小儿推拿疗法,对照组口服双歧杆菌三联活菌及山莨菪碱。2组均治疗7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察2组患儿的临床疗效,并统计3月后复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为90.48%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿均随访3月,治疗组治愈患儿复发3例(17.65%),对照组复发6例(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组好转患儿症状反复3例(14.29%),对照组症状反复13例(59.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组未发现明显不良反应发生。结论悦脾汤联合推拿疗法治疗儿童功能性腹痛脾胃虚寒证疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of children with functional abdominal（syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach） treated with Yuepi Tang and Tuina.Methods 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 42 cases in each,the therapy group was given Yuepi Tang and Tuina,the control group was given oral Bifid obacterium Triple Viable and Anisodamine.Treated for 7 days as one course,the clinical effect of two groups was observed after 2 courses.The recurrence rate in two groups was counted after 3 months follow-up visit.Results The total effective rate was 71.43% in control group and 90.48% in therapy group with significant differences（P〈0.05）.After 3 months follow-up visit,in all cured patients of two groups,3patients were relapsed in therapy group（17.65%）,6 patients in control group（75.00%）,difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.In all improved patients of two groups,3 patients were relapsed in therapy group（14.29%）,13 patients in control group（59.09%）,difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.There was no untoward effect in therapy group.Conclusion Yuepi Tang combined with Tuina can treat children with functional abdominal effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
