推拿治疗小儿伤食泻70例临床观察

Clinical study on 70 cases of children with overeating diarrhea treated with Tuina

目的探讨推拿治疗小儿伤食泻的临床疗效。方法选取我院儿科门诊140例伤食泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各70例。对照组采用蒙脱石散和酪酸梭菌活菌散口服治疗,治疗组采用推拿治疗,2组均以3 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后主症和次症积分。结果治疗组总有效率为97.14%,对照组为82.86%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后主、次症积分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善主症情况方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿治疗小儿伤食泻简便、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of children with overeating diarrhea treated with Tuina.Methods 140 cases of children with overeating diarrhea in department of pediatrics of our hospital were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 70 cases in each.The control group was given oral Montmorillonite Powder and Clostridium Butyricum Powder,while the therapy group was treated with Tuina.3 days as one course,the clinical effect as well as primary and secondary symptoms scores were observed after one course treatment.Results The total effective rate was 82.86% in control group and 97.14% in therapy group with significant differences（P〈0.05）.The primary and secondary symptoms scores in therapy group were better than that in control group,differences had statistically significance（P〈0.05）.The time of improvement of primary symptoms in therapy group was shorter than that in control group,differences had statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tuina can treat children with overeating diarrhea simply and effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
