摘要
以南宁市轨道交通3号线平乐停车场出入场线盾构区间右线施工为背景,结合工程实际水文地质情况,总结了全断面灰岩地层、上软下硬地层、全断面黏土地层及复合地层条件下小半径曲线段盾构掘进施工关键技术,解决了刀具磨损严重、盾构机抬头、地层沉降、管片错台和破损、掘进效率低下等问题,可为类似地层的盾构施工提供参考。
Taking the right line project construction of shield interval tunnel of Pingle park exit line in Nanning rail transit line 3 as the background,the key technology of shield tunneling construction in the section with small radius curve was concluded by combing with the actual hydrogeological conditions under the circumstances of full-face limestone strata,upper-sof t lower-hard strata,full-face clay strata and composite strata,which could solve the problems including severe wear of the tool,the rise of the shield machine,the stratum settlement,the dislocation and damage of segment and the low efficiency of the tunneling. The technology proposed in this paper can provide a reference for shield construction in the similar strata condition.
