槽型钢轨磨损方式及焊补修复技术 被引量:2

摘要 通过观测苏州高新区有轨电车1号线槽型钢轨未使用和使用1年后的轮廓曲线发现,槽型钢轨磨损主要出现在小半径曲线段,且磨损部位稳定的出现在工作踏面与凹槽之间的过渡弧线区域。针对槽型钢轨磨损特点,选用埋弧焊方法进行了钢轨焊补工艺试验,并对焊补后各区域金相组织及硬度、冲击、拉伸等性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:采用合适的焊丝及埋弧焊工艺对磨损槽型钢轨进行焊补修复,所获得焊补层具有优良的综合性能,可满足相关标准规定,且工艺方法适合于现场操作。 The prof ile curves of the groove rails not used and after 1 year used of Suzhou High-tech Zone tramline No.1 were measured.It is found that the groove rail wear mainly appears in the small radius curve section,and the wear part is stable in the transitional arc area between the working tread and the groove. According to the characteristics of groove rail wear,the welding repair technique test was carried out by using submerged arc welding method. The microstructure,hardness,impact and tensile properties of each section after welding repair were measured and analyzed. The results showthat the welding layer has good comprehensive performance,which can meet the requirements of relevant standards,and the method is suitable for on-site operation by using suitable welding wire and reasonable submerged arc welding process.
