摘要 目的建立三叉神经散的UPLC指纹图谱研究方法,为三叉神经散质量标准的制定提供参考。方法采用反相超高效液相色谱法,以体积分数0.2%磷酸水-乙腈溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,采用Kromat Universil XB C_(18)(150 mm×2.1 mm,3μm)色谱柱,流速为0.2 m L·min^(-1),检测波长为320 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为2μL,建立三叉神经散的UPLC指纹图谱。运用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价"系统软件进行相似度评价,并进行特征峰指认。结果以咖啡酸为内参比峰,对三叉神经散的18个共有峰进行药材归属,并指认出4个色谱峰。结论本方法建立的三叉神经散指纹图谱重复性佳,可进行有效部位的主要色谱峰指认,为三叉神经散的图谱鉴定和质量控制提供了依据。 Objective Sanchashenjingsan which is made by the hospital of Shenyang Military Region is the compound of this study. Through the test, to establish the fingerprint analysis method of Sanchashenjingsan, and to offer a reference for the quality control of its products. Methods By the ultra performance liquid chromatography,the separation was developed on a Kromat Universil XB C18 column( 150 mm × 2. 1 mm, 3 μm), with acetonitrile - 0. 2% phosphoric acid water as mobile phase with gradient elution, column temperature of 30 ℃, the flow rate at 0. 2 mL min-1, detection wavelength at 320 nm. In this chromatographic conditions, the fingerprint analysis method of Sanchashenjingsan are made. The similarity evaluation and the characteristic peaks identification are made by using the "traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation" system software. Results Caffeic acid is the reference peak,and a total of 18 common peaks and a total of 4 characteristic peaks were identified in the UPLC fingerprints of Sanchashenjingsan. Conclusions The established UPLC fingerprint of Sanchashenjingsan was specific,precise, reproducible and stable. The characteristic peaks provide a basis to the pharmacological effects of chemicals.
