木贼乙醇提取物对小鼠抗炎作用的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、甲醛致小鼠足肿胀和冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增强的实验方法,以地塞米松磷酸钠作为阳性药对照,研究木贼乙醇提取物高、中、低剂量(4.5g·kg-1、2.25g·kg-1、1.125g·kg-1)对小鼠的抗炎作用及其与剂量的关系.结果表明:与生理盐水组比较,各剂量组的木贼乙醇提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、甲醛致小鼠足肿胀和冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增强均有抑制作用,而且随着浓度的增加抑制作用逐渐增强,其中高剂量组有显著性差异.因此,木贼乙醇提取物具有一定的抗炎作用,高剂量抗炎作用最佳. The experimental methods of xylene-induced mouse ear swelling,formaldehyde-induced footswelling and glacial acetic acid-induced in mice were used for increasing capillary permeability inthis paper. The dexamethasone sodium phosphate,who is a positive drug control,was used forstudying the effects of ethanol extract of Hippochaete hyemale(4.5g·kg-1,2.25g·kg-1,1.125g·kg-1)on the anti-inflammatory in mice among the high,medium and low dose groups. At the sametime,their relationship with the dose was studied. The results showed that the ethanol extract ofHippochaete hyemale was inhibited by xylene-induced ear swelling,formalin-induced foot swell-ing and glial acetic acid-induced capillary permeability in mice compared with the normal salinegroup. The inhibition gradually increased with the increase of the concentration,which high-dosegroup was significantly different. Therefore,the ethanol extract of Hippochaete hyemale has a cer-tain anti-inflammatory effect,especially the high-dose has the best anti-inflammatory effect.
