摘要
对合金工具钢9SiCr进行球化退火处理,研究热处理加热温度和保温时间对合金显微组织的影响;通过对退火后的显微组织的观察和分析,确定合格球化退火组织,制定合理的球化退火工艺:热处理加热温度800~810℃,保温时间6~7h,得到满足合金性能要求的球化退火组织:细粒状珠光体及均匀弥散分布的球状碳化物颗粒.
By spheroidization annealing alloy tool steel 9SiCr,the paper studies the influence of heating tem-perature and holding time on alloy microscopic structure;through the observation and analysis ofthe microscopic structure annealed,the paper determines the qualified spheroidizing annealingstructure and makes reasonable spheroidized annealing process:heating to 800-810℃ in temper-ature,preserving heat for 6-7 hours,thus gaining spheroidizing annealing structure that can meetalloy performance requirements-fine granular pearlite and homogeneously distributed carbide partic.
