Strategic Interaction between Water Resources Security and Tourism Industry in Wujiang

乌江流域经济发展活跃、生态环境脆弱,水质状况直接关系到三峡库区水资源的战略安全,强化贵州和重庆生态环境将为长江上游和三峡库区水资源安全构筑屏障。旅游是拉动经济发展的重要动力。乌江流域旅游产业升级将转变经济格局,降低工业、农业等污染产业发展比重,形成以生态、绿色主导的综合服务产业快速发展格局。积极探索乌江生态功能区—国家公园—水资源保护三级保护体系,强化生态保护措施和生态发展补偿机制,通过区域联动推进乌江沿岸旅游产业发展,以旅游产业带动区域产业结构调整,以旅游产业促进乌江流域生态文明建设,有助于形成乌江水资源安全与旅游产业发展的战略互动。

The economic development of Wujiang valley is very active, but the ecological environment is fragile.Meanwhile, water quality is directly related to the strategic security of water resources in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and the promotion of the ecological environment of Guizhou and Chongqing will secure the security of water resources in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Three Gorges Reservoir Area will strengthen. The upgrading of tourism industry in Wujiang valley will change the economic structure, reduce the proportion of industrial, agricultural and other polluting industries and form the pattern based of the rapid development of ecological industry. It is necessary to actively explore the ecological function of three level protection system on Wujiang, namely, ecological function area, national park and water resources protection. The regional linkage can promote the development of tourism industry along Wujiang valley, adjust the regional industrial structure, advance the construction of ecological civilization, and further form the strategic interaction between water resources security and tourism industry development in Wujiang.
