摘要
喀麦隆曼维莱水电站工程作为在国家"走出去"战略引导下中国企业较早利用国内贷款融资总承包的国外水电站项目,通过详细周密的组织和策划,探索出了一条行之有效的勘测设计全过程参与的路子,为国外融资项目积累了一定的经验。工程建设进展顺利,履约良好,取得了良好的经济及社会效益。
Guided by the‘going out'strategy of China,Memve'ele Hydroelectric Project is one of the foreign projects which are financed by Chinese enterprises using domestic loans. Through detailed and careful organization and planning,the designers explore an effective way for project investigation and design,and accumulate some experience for foreign projects. Construction of the project is progressing smoothly,and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
