构建基于改进FAHP的应用型本科高校教师绩效评价模型

Construction of Application-oriented University Teachers′Performance Evaluation Model Based on the Improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

应用型本科高校转型发展成功的关键在于教师的转型.而教师绩效评价对教师的转型起着导向作用。通过构建科学合理的应用型本科高校教师绩效评价指标体系,利用改进的模糊层次分析法（FAHP）确定各项评价指标的权重,并将FAHP与模糊综合评价法（FCE）结合建立了评价模型,而且使用Matlab软件来实现。应用实例验证了应用模型的有效性和可操作性。

The key to the successful transformation of application-oriented universities lies in teachers＇transformation.And teachers＇performance evaluation plays a guiding role in the transformation of teachers.This paper establishes a model about it by the following steps.The first step is constructing scientific and rational index system for the performance evaluation of application-oriented universities teachers.The second step is setting the evaluation index system based on the improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.The third step is combining FAHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation（FCE）.Meanwhile,the mathematics software Matlab will be used to check the effectiveness and operability of the model through some examples.
