PLA Operational Command Decision Ring Model Under the Information-Based Condition

参考西方决策环理论,结合我军作战指挥流程,通过分析、对比相关要素、特点,构建了信息化条件下我军作战指挥的决策环模型,并结合模型,初步分析了作战指挥中一些重要的关键的问题,证实了模型的实用性和必要性.

Referring to Western decision loop theory, combined with our military combat command process, through the analysis and comparison of related elements, characteristics, the paper constructed a PLA operational command decision ring model under the information-based condition. Some key problems in the combat command were preliminarily analysed, confirming the practicability and necessity of the model.
