Evaluating Military System of Systems Resilience Using Super Networks

摘要 针对军事体系韧性评估问题,分析了军事体系要素与能力的关系,建立了军事体系的韧性模型.提出定量评估军事体系韧性的指标,即能力恢复时间和恢复时间比.最后基于韧性分析模型给出了韧性指标评估方法,并以简单的打击能力为例演示了韧性指标的分析过程. To address the problems of evaluation of military system of systems(SoS) resilience, the resilience model was built using super networks, considering the relationships of elements and capabilities. Resilience indicators, namely capability recovery time and the ratio of recovery time, addressed the quantitative assessments of resilience. With the basic of resilience model, the evaluation algorithm of resilience indicators was given, and finally the analysis process of resilience indicators was demonstrated by case study.
