小切口复位单侧外固定架固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效探讨

Probing into Fracture of Tibial and Fibula Treated by Limited Open Reduction and External Fixation with Single External Fixator

目的 :观察小切口复位单侧外固定架固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法 :采用小切口复位单侧外固定架外固定治疗胫腓骨骨折 42例。结果 :随访 6～ 18个月 ,无 1例骨折不愈合或延迟愈合 ,无外固定钢针拔出或折断 ,所有病例均完全恢复功能 ,膝、踝关节功能无受限。结论 :该手术操作简单 ,对骨折端干扰少 ,复位好 ,固定可靠 ,无畸形愈合 ,疗效满意。

Objective:To observe the effect of fracture tibial and fibula treated by small incision reduction and external fixation.Methods:42 patients with fracture of tibial and fibula were treated by limited open recuction and external fixation with single external fixator.Results:The function of the shank include knee and ankle joint recovered well in all patients,no patient suffered the nonunion,delay union or disposition of fixation pins during follow-up (6-18 months).Conclusion:The results sugguest that this procedure is an easy and effective method to treat the fracture of tibial and fibula.
