提高预应力管桩施工质量的措施分析

Analysis of Improving Construction Quality of Prestressed Concrete Pipe-pile

预应力管桩因具有桩身混凝土强度高、穿透能力强、单桩承载力高、成桩质量可靠、施工速度快、工程造价低等优点,在我国的工业与民用建筑中得到越来越广泛的应用.但在施工过程中存在的问题也不少,主要表现在:施工技术人员素质不高、现场管理水平差、施工效率低、工程质量隐患多、不必要的浪费与损失大.针对这些问题,本文从多个方面进行了分析并提出了相应的解决措施.

Prestressed pipe-pile is a precast pile which has many merits such as high strengths, strong penetration, high bearing capacity, reliable quality, speedy construction, and low cost construction. It gets more and more widely used in industrial and civil construction in our country. But there are many problems in the construction mainly in： low quality technical staff, poor site management, low efficiency construction, engineering quality problems, unnecessary waste and large losses. In light of these problems, we analyze several aspects and put forward corresponding measures for solution.
