沁阳市市域海绵城市分区建设技术策略探析

Analysis on Technical Strategies for Subarea Construction of Sponge City in Qinyang City

梳理了沁阳市市域大型生态要素,明确了构建市域大型海绵体的主要因素。对市域地形、水和生物敏感性因子进行了评价,并在单因子评价的基础上,综合评价了市域生态系统的总体敏感性。对沁北滞洪区的存在必要性进行了分析论证。提出了市域海绵城市自然生态空间格局,即"一屏、一区、两廊、五脉、多节点"。明确了市域层面海绵城市分区建设技术策略,为沁阳市开展城乡全覆盖的海绵城市建设提供了技术支撑。

The paper combs the large-sized eco-elements in Qinyang city areas, defnes the main elements in the construction of the large-sized sponge of the city areas. The paper makes assessment on the city area terrain, water and bio-sensitivity gene of the city areas and assesses the general sensitivity of the eco-system in the city areas. The paper carries out the analysis and argumentation on the existing necessity in the food detention of Qinbei. The paper puts forward the natural eco-space pattern of the sponge in the city area, namely “one screen, one section, two corridors, fve arteries and more nodes”. The paper defnes the technical strategies of subarea construction of sponge city in Qinyang city and provides the technical support for the construction of the sponge city in Qinyang city.
