有机磷农药工业大气污染物的识别

摘要 通过对我国10种有机磷农药不同生产工艺路线的实地调研,对其原辅料、溶剂、中间体、副产物、产物进行汇总,从中筛选出毒性高、致癌性高、挥发性强、光化学活性强、嗅阈值低、属于美国189种HAPs(有害性大气污染物)的共29种;为保护大气环境和人体健康,在农药工业生产过程中需优先控制这些物质。研究结果可为我国农药工业大气污染物排放标准制订工作提供理论支持。 Based on the feld survey and research on the different production technological routes of 10 kinds of organo-phosphorus pesticide in China, the paper summarizes respectively the raw materials, solvents, intermediates, by-products and products. The paper screens out 29 kinds of toxic atmospheric pollutants from the high toxicity, strong carcinogen, high volatility and strong activity of photochemistry etc., which belong to U.S. 189 kinds of HAPs. In order to protect the atmospheric environ-ment and human health, it is necessary to control these chemicals in the production process of pesticide industry. The result could provide the theory support for the establishment of the emission standards of the air pollutants in China pesticide industry.
