摘要 针对传统起重机检测培训效率低、周期长、针对性差等问题,设计了一种起重机结构组成与检测技术教学系统。选取门式起重机为研究对象,基于Unity3D平台,采用三维建模软件Maya对起重机各金属机构及辅助装置进行仿真建模,结合Photoshop、碰撞检测、NGUI交互界面设计等关键技术,利用C#语言编程完成了资料库、装配训练、检测训练、用户测试4个功能模块的开发。实践表明,该系统具备良好的操作性与交互性,弥补了传统培训方式的不足,提高了培训效率与质量。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, long cycle and poor pertinence of traditional train for crane, a teaching system for the structure and detection technology of crane is designed. Based on Unity3D platform and selecting gantry crane as object, the mainstream 3D modeling software Maya is used to simulate the metal structures and auxiliary de-vices of crane. Combining with the key technologies such as Photoshop, collision detection and interactive interface design of NGUI, C# language is used to complete the development of four functional modules, such as database, assembly train-ing ,detection training and user tseting. By practice conclusion that the system has good operability and interactivity is con- finned ,which makes up the deficiency of traditional training methods and improves the efficiency and quality of training.
