摘要
运用ANSYS有限元软件对埋设犁在使用过程中出现的断裂失效现象进行了原因分析,确定了牵引起吊架铰点座位置耳板应力、机架与油缸座连接耳板处应力过大而超过材料的屈服极限引起破坏,提出了结构改进措施;对加强后的埋设犁结构进行整机有限元分析,验证了改进方案及有限元简化计算的准确性;探讨了有限元软件对埋设犁结构设计、计算及改进的应用价值。
In this paper, the finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the cause of the structural fracture and failure when the cable burying plough is operating. When the stresses of ear plates that located at pulling lift frame hinge point and that located at rack and cylinder seat connection were calculated to exceed the material yield limit stress, the improvement measures were put forward for structure reconstruction. The whole structure of the strengthened cable bury-ing plough is analyzed by the finite element method. The improved scheme and accuracy of the simplified calculation model by FEA method are verified. Finally, the application prospect of using finite element software to the design, calculation and improvement of the cable burring machine structure is discussed.
