摘要
目的:优选中麻黄中总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以总多糖含量为指标,考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为回流提取3次,1 h/次,药液比为1∶50(g/m L)。结论:最佳工艺简单、稳定,可行。
Objective： To optimize the best extraction process for total polysaccharide from Ephedra intermedia.Methods： The influences of solid to liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times on extraction process were investigated by using orthogonal design and taking the contents of total polysaccharide as the index. Results： The optimal extraction process were reflux extraction for three times, one hour each time, medicine to liquid ratio1：50（g/m L）. Conclusion： The optimal extraction process is simple, steady and feasible.
