摘要
目的:探讨时空同构模式结合心理护理对脑梗塞患者早期认知功能障碍的影响。方法:将脑梗塞患者120例按入院顺序分为观察组1、观察组2和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规认知功能康复训练,观察组1给予时空同构模式的康复训练,观察组2给予时空同构结合心理护理干预的康复训练模式,分别在入院第2天、训练后第10天和第20天采用Mo CA量表、Bar t hel指数评定表、HAM量表评估患者认知能力和心理状况。结果:康复训练量表评分治疗组1和治疗组2均优于对照组,且治疗组2的效果优于治疗组1,3组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:时空同构模式构建基础生活事物物件模型环境,避免重复、杂乱,满足了患者的空间归属感,激发患者康复训练的信心及主动性;结合心理护理,心理康复与认知康复相辅相成,有利于患者的全面康复。
Objective: To discuss the effects of time and space isomorphic model jointed with psychological care on early cognitive disorder of the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: All 120 patients were allocated to the observation group No.1, the observation group No.2 and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group accepted conventional cognitive functional rehabilitation training, the observation group No.1 were given time and space isomorphic rehabilitation training and the observation group No.2 time and space isomorphic rehabilitation training jointed with psychological care, cognitive ability and psychological state of the patients were observed since the second day after admission, the tenth day and the 20 th day after training by Mo Ca scales, Barthel index assessment scale and HAM scales. Results: The scales of rehabilitation training scales of three groups, the observation group No.1 and the observation group No.2 were superior to the control group, and the observation group No.2 was superior to the observation group No.1 in the effects. The comparisons among three groups had the difference, and the difference had statistical meaning(P 0.05). Conclusion: Time-space isomorphic model constructing basic living things object model environment, could avoid the repetition and clutter, meet spatial belonging of the patients, inspire the patients' confidence and initiative of rehabilitation training. It is helpful to whole rehabilitation of the patients when time-space isomorphic model, psychological care, psychological rehabilitation and cognitive rehabilitation complement each other simultaneously.
