双膝关节置换术围术期的康复护理研究

Research on Rehabilitation Care for the Patients Undergoing Double Knee Replacement in Perioperative Period

目的:观察双膝关节置换术围术期的康复护理效果。方法:将双膝关节置换手术患者83例分为对照组42例和观察组41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予系统化康复护理,比较2组患者并发症发生率及术后康复效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率为4.9%,低于对照组的23.8%(P<0.05);手术2个月后观察组膝关节疼痛、功能活动度、肌力的评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在双膝关节置换术围术期进行科学康复护理可降低患者的并发症发生率,提高患者膝关节的运动功能。

Objective： To explore the effects of rehabilitation nursing for the patients undergoing double knee replacement in perioperative period. Methods： All 83 patients were randomized into 42 cases of the control group and 41 cases of the observation group, the control group accepted routine care and the observation group systematic rehabilitation care, the incidence of the complications and postoperative rehabilitation effects of both groups were compared. Results： The incidence of the complications in the observation group was 4.9%, lower than 23.8% of the control group（P〈0.05）. In two months after the operation, the observation group was higher than the control group in the scales of knee joint pain, activity, deformity and muscle force（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Scientific rehabilitation nursing after double knee replacement in perioperative period could decrease the incidence of the complications of the patients and raise motor function of the patients′ knee joint.
