The Discussion on Two Sets of Translation Forms of TCM Terms

采用对比分析法,以世界卫生组织(Wor l d Heal t h Or gani zat i on,WHO)与世界中医药学联合会(Wor l d Feder at i on of Chi nese Medi ci ne Soci et i es,WFCMS)发布的2套中医术语译名标准为语料,结合西医名词构成方式,对比分析2套中医名词术语翻译中出现的形式问题,希望为推动中医名词术语英译略尽绵薄之力。

By using comparative analysis approach, two sets of the criteria for the translation of TCM terms published by WHO and WFCMS were selected as the corpora to compare and analyze the forms of two sets of the translation of TCM terms based on the forms of Western medicine terms, in the wish of making efforts to promote English translation of TCM terms.
