Construction and management of scientific research platform of medical function in traditional Chinese medical universities

机能学科研实验室的建设和管理独具特色,实验室管理者如何完善实验室的建设,提高服务水平,在保证安全的前提下,提高工作效率、缩短检测周期是一个值得深入探讨的问题。文章总结了近5年来,辽宁中医药大学重大科研平台机能学实验室的建设管理经验及工作中存在的问题和对策分析,力求为中医药高校机能实验室的建设管理提供一定的参考。

In construction and management of the research laboratory of functional science,it is worthwhile to explore ways of improving the laboratory construction,the service level,and the working efficiency while shortening the testing period. This paper summarizes the experience in the construction of laboratory management of major scientific research platform in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the past five years,analyzes the problems and countermeasures,and tries to provide references for laboratory construction management of Chinese medicine function in colleges and universities.
