摘要
心理健康教育课程是开展心理健康教育的重要载体,而心理健康教育活动是心理健康教育的生命。课堂教学与心理健康教育活动相得益彰,共同构成了心理健康教育的完整体系。以"六步四结合"课程教学模式为指导,从课堂教学实践和课外活动实践两个角度对大学生心理健康教育的课程实践进行探索。
Mental health education curriculum is an important carrier of mental health education, and mental health education activities are the life of mental health education. Classroom teaching and mental health education activities together constitute a complete system of mental health education. Based on the teaching model of "six steps and four combinations", this paper explores the curriculum practice of College Students' mental health education from two aspects of classroom teaching practice and extracurricular activity practice.
