摘要
简要介绍了监理行业发展过程及BIM应用技术在监理发展过程中的必要性,主要从工程管理或全过程监理(决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段)对BIM应用技术在过程管理中对投资、质量、进度及协调管理进行了阐述。
The paper briefly introduces the supervision industry development process and the necessity of applying BIM technology in supervision development process,and mainly illustrates investment,quality,schedule and coordination management of BIM application technology in process management from aspects of engineering management or whole-process supervision（ decision making phase,design phase and construction phase）.
