摘要 为筛选出适宜水培苦苣生长的营养液浓度水平,为水培苦苣的优质高产栽培提供理论依据,本研究采用营养液水培法,对不同EC值营养液处理下的苦苣生长、产量和品质进行研究。结果显示:营养液EC值在0.8-1.5 ms/cm时,植株均表现出生长良好,产量高,叶片Vc、可溶性糖含量较高,但其中1.2和1.5 ms/cm处理显著造成植株叶片硝酸盐积累;而营养液EC值过低(0.2和0.5 ms/cm)造成苦苣植株生长受到严重抑制,产量显著降低。结论:综合考虑不同EC值处理下苦苣的生长、产量与品质及成本的消耗,采用0.8 ms/cm的营养液浓度水平最适合于水培苦苣生产。 Hydroponic experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of six different electrical conductivity (EC) levels ofnutrient solution on the plant growth, yield and quality of Endive in this study. The result showed that the application of low EClevels (0.2 and 0.5 ms/cm) significantly inhibited the plant growth and decreased the yield of endive. The application of EC levelat 0.8-1.5 ms/cm range can effectively promote the plant growth of endive and obtain higher yield, but the application of high EClevel (1.2 and 1.5 ms/cm) treatment resulted in nitrate accumulation in leaves of endive. Taking into account the plant growth,yield and quality of endive, as well as cost of nutrient solution,, this study suggests that the EC level of nutrient solution at 0.8ms/cm was more suitable for endive hydroponic production.
