摘要 对添加了植物纤维的镁质水泥复合板单排孔和双排孔中填充不同厚度保温材料隔热性能进行了计算机模拟和试验对比研究。模拟研究显示,对具有空腔结构的墙板,孔内的空气对流和辐射对传热的影响不能忽略,考虑了结构孔内对流和传热的计算机模拟结果与试验结果较为吻合。植物纤维水泥复合板隔热性能与常规水泥混凝土相比有大幅提高,通过填充隔热性能优良的保温板材,双排孔植物纤维水泥板测试的传热系数达到0.52 W/m2·K,形成隔热性能优异的自保温墙体。 The vegetable-fiber magnesium cement panel which has single row cavity or double row cavity was researched by computer simulating and experiment. The simulation shows that the influence of convection and radiation can't be neglected. The simulating heat transfer coefficient taking into account convection and radiation is close to the experiment value. The magnesium cement panel's heat insulating performance is much higher than usual concrete panel because of the added vegetable fiber,the double rows cavity panel's heat transfer coefficient is 0. 52 W/m^2·K,can form self heat insulating wall by filling the heat insulating panels into the panel's cavity.
