地方高校实践教学的困境与出路

Dilemma and wayout of practical teaching in local universities

目前,地方高校的实践教学存在着管理体制不顺、制度建设滞后、教师队伍缺乏、实验室设置单一、实践基地不足、监控体系薄弱等问题,地方高校要提高实践教学质量,要在明确目标定位、理顺管理体制、强化制度建设、建立质量标准、完善基地功能、建设教师队伍、建立质量监控体系等方面寻找出路。

At present,there are some problems in the practical teaching such as the unsmooth management system,the backward system construction,the shortage of teachers,the single laboratory setting,the lack of practical bases,the weak monitoring system,etc.,in local universities. In order to improve the quality of practical teaching,the local universities should find out the ways to make clear the target orientation,rationalize the management system,consolidate the system construction,establish the quality standard,improve the functions of the base,build up teachers＇ team,establish the quality monitoring system,etc.
