摘要
为更好理解燃料雾化特性对于燃烧过程的影响,以微型燃气轮机喷嘴组为研究对象,搭建了喷嘴雾化特性测定实验装置。实验装置主要针对压力式喷嘴设计,在测量方法上,选用可视化的图像处理技术作为雾化参数测定手段。通过对拍摄得到的雾化颗粒的投影图像经过图像处理和特征提取,得到颗粒的粒径和浓度信息。测试实验结果,颗粒粒径测试结果与产品厂家提供参数相近,结果可信,也表明该实验装置可用于研究喷嘴组雾化特性。
In order to better understand the effect of the fuel atomization characteristics on the combustion process,and by taking the micro-gas turbine nozzle set as the object of study,an experimental device for measuring the nozzle atomization characteristics is built. The experimental device mainly aims at the design of the pressure nozzle.Regarding the measuring method,the visualized image processing technology is chosen as the measuring means of fog parameters. Through the image processing and the feature extraction of the projected images of the atomized particles which are filmed,the particle size and the concentration information are obtained. The experiment shows that the test result of the particle size is close to that offered by the manufacturers,and the result is reliable. It indicates that the experimental device can also be used to study the atomization characteristics of the nozzle set.
